PRIVATE.A Hogwarts student getting killed is still a lot to process. I can't really bring myself to think about it or look at what others have been saying lately, lest I start feeling a little loose around the edges. I think everyone's sort of feeling that way though.
Thought about my boat again. It's starting to get pathetic. The world is going to pieces, Mum is in danger, my family is worried sick, and all I can think about is that boat I saw when I was twelve years old. It's probably Merlin knows where. Chances are I'll never see it again. And it's not like I'll ever be able to afford it. But sometimes I want out of these walls--out of Britain--so badly that I could steal a broom and try to fly out of here if I could.
But that would officially make me the worst person ever. Leaving Emily here by herself to deal with all of this insanity. Not to mention, Mum. And M

I thought the match yesterday was just a bit unfair. The point handicap for the Gryffindors for starters. It was really hard to tell which team was better because there were so many penalties against the Gryffindors, too.
